As a long-standing lecturer and instructor, I bring my expertise to both graduate-level and executive programs in higher education.
In innovative learning formats, I create spaces for personal development and the cultivation of future skills.
In addition, I teach “classic” courses on leadership and transformation.
Future Skills und personal development
Highly innovative adult learning formats designed to develop so-called “Future Skills”: self- and social competencies such as learning how to learn, collaboration, communication, personal responsibility, and coping with uncertainty. Through reflective and transformative learning journeys or labs, usually spanning more than one semester, students can make significant progress in their personal development.
